  4. You’ll see options for what type of data you want. For the wrapped experience, select “All data” and choose JSON format. Most importantly, don’t pick TXT.

  5. After that, hit *request* and wait. TikTok will process your data and send you a notification when it’s ready. The process usually takes anywhere from a few minutes to a few days. In short, it depends on the amount of content you’ve consumed.

Step 2: Upload Your Data to Wrapped for TikTok

Once you get that notification from TikTok, download the ZIP file to your device. Don’t unzip it. Just keep it as is.

Then, head over to wrapped.vantezzen.io, and you’ll see a big upload button. Drag and drop that ZIP file right in.

It takes about 30 seconds to process, and then boom. Your year in TikTok, beautifully visualized.
